Privacy policy

We collect three kinds of information, all of which you can see and export:

• Your account. Your name, email address, phone number, and the business details you choose to add, such as your business name and GSTIN.
• Customers and invoices you add. The customer contact details (names, phone numbers, email addresses) and invoice details (amounts, due dates, line items) that you enter or import so we can send reminders on your behalf.
• Message logs. A record of every reminder sent — when, on which channel, its delivery status, and replies such as opt-out requests — so you always have an audit trail and we never message past an opt-out.

• To send the reminders you configure. The schedule, tone and channels you set determine exactly what goes out and when. Nothing is sent that you did not set up.
• To improve the product. We look at how features are used and where errors occur so we can fix bugs and build what actually helps you collect faster.

• Sell your data. Not yours, not your customers'. There is no advertising business here — you pay for the product, and that is the whole business model.
• Contact your customers beyond your configured reminders. Your customer relationships are yours. We send only the follow-ups you set up, and we stop the moment an invoice is paid or a customer opts out.
• Hold your funds. Payment links route money directly to your own account. Your money never passes through ours.

To do its job, PaySath.ai relies on a small number of service providers, each of which processes only what it needs:

• Email and WhatsApp providers, to deliver the reminders you configure.
• Payment providers, to generate UPI payment links connected to your own account — so payments settle directly with you.
• LLM providers, to draft reminder text. Relevant invoice context is sent for the purpose of generating that draft only — nothing more.

Your data is yours. You can export your customers, invoices and message logs at any time, in a standard format, without asking permission or paying a fee. There is no lock-in by design: if PaySath.ai stops earning your business, you leave with everything.

Email us and we will delete your account and all associated data. We may retain minimal records where the law requires it (for example, billing records), and we will tell you if that applies.

We are building PaySath.ai to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For your account data, we act as the data fiduciary. For the customer data you add, we process it strictly on your instructions to send the reminders you configure. As DPDP rules are notified, we will update our practices and this policy to match.
