Terms of service

Short, readable, and written to be fair to both sides.

Version 0.0.1 · Last updated 3 Jul 2026

1. The service

PaySath.ai helps your business get paid on time. You add invoices; we send automated, polite reminders to your customers over WhatsApp and email on the schedule you configure, each carrying a UPI payment link connected to your own payment account. Incoming payments are matched to invoices automatically, and a dashboard shows what is outstanding, overdue and collected.

We are a follow-up and reconciliation tool. We are not a bank, a lender, a payment aggregator or a collection agency, and we never hold your funds — payments go directly to your account.

2. Beta and founding status

PaySath.ai is in early beta (working name — final name coming soon). Features will change, occasionally break, and improve quickly. Founding members join under the founding-member program: a limited set of 20 seats at ₹499/month locked for life, secured with a refundable ₹999 deposit. If we rename the product — and we will, since the current name is temporary — your account, data and founding-member pricing carry over unchanged.

3. Acceptable use

PaySath.ai exists to help honest businesses collect genuine dues — not to pressure or spam anyone. By using the service you agree to:

  • Send reminders only to your genuine customers, about genuine invoices for goods or services you actually provided.
  • Never use the service for harassment, threats, unsolicited marketing or any form of spam.
  • Respect opt-outs: if a customer asks to stop receiving messages, that request is honoured and you will not attempt to work around it.
  • Comply with applicable law, including messaging and telecom regulations.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the messaging system. This protects every other user, because deliverability is shared infrastructure.

4. Payments and subscriptions

The free plan costs nothing and requires no card. Paid subscriptions (including the ₹499/month founding-member plan) are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time — cancellation stops future billing, and your plan runs to the end of the paid period. The founding-member deposit of ₹999 is refundable as described in the program terms at sign-up. Founding-member pricing is locked for life for as long as your subscription remains active.

5. No guarantee of payment outcomes

PaySath.ai makes following up consistent, polite and effortless — and consistent follow-up is what moves most late payers. But whether and when a customer pays is ultimately their decision. We do not guarantee that any invoice will be paid, paid on time, or paid in full, and subscription fees are for the service, not for outcomes.

6. Limitation of liability

PaySath.ai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses — including lost profits, lost business or unrecovered receivables. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

7. Termination and data export

You can stop using PaySath.ai at any time. Before or after you leave, you can export your customers, invoices and message logs — your data is yours. If we terminate your account for a breach of these terms, we will still give you a reasonable window to export your data unless the law prevents it. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give advance notice and time to export.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the service.
